COMPANION SPREADSHEETS are for non-prismatic walls where users can input wall deflections from other programs, such as ETABS, RISA. This spreadsheet can be used for any number of story.
The main assumptions, input description, example problem verification and graphical details, and a summary of shear wall design requirements are included in the package. Easy input with drop down feature and guidelines on required input are provided through validation box. Different cell colors are used to indicate acceptable and under design conditions, as well as warnings.
